About Chrysalis International
Chrysalis International was born from a powerful vision: to create a dedicated space where women of color can connect, support one another, and grow together. We understand the unique challenges and complexities faced by women of color—whether in business, at home, or in navigating the journey of self-discovery. Our experiences are often shaped by the realities of both visible and unseen biases. While these challenges can feel isolating, we believe that together, we can create a community that heals, uplifts, and empowers.

We felt it was essential to create Chrysalis International as a safe space where women from around the world can connect authentically, share insights, and grow in an environment built for us and by us. Many of us have known the struggle of needing support in spaces that often fail to fully understand or represent our voices. Chrysalis International offers a place where conversations are open and honest, where our unique challenges are met with empathy, and where every woman is free to be her most authentic self.
Why spaces like this are important
For too long, spaces where women of color can come together to share our stories and struggles have been rare or marginalized. We believe that there is a transformative power in community, especially when it centers on shared experiences, resilience, and ambition. Chrysalis International aims to create a platform that celebrates our diverse strengths, where each woman’s voice matters, and where we can nurture each other through every milestone, setback, and triumph.

We recognize the importance of connecting across borders and backgrounds. That’s why our platform also includes an international business directory exclusively for Black-owned businesses, designed to uplift and promote one another’s ventures on a global scale. When one person succeeds, we all rise.
