Chrysalis International is a private, affinity-based platform created exclusively for Black and Bi-racial women. By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you self-identify within this community.

Verification Process:

All memberships are subject to verification after purchase. We may request additional information to confirm eligibility. If a member fails verification, the membership will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. This policy protects the integrity of our private space.

Membership Plans and Early Bird Pricing:

We offer two membership levels:
   •    Standard Membership: Early Bird $19.99/month (Regular $24.99/month)
   •    Exclusive Club Membership: Early Bird $29.99/month (Regular $34.99/month)

Early Bird members lock in discounted rates for life if their membership remains active. Cancelling forfeits the Early Bird rate, and rejoining later requires payment at the regular price. All memberships auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Members can upgrade or downgrade at any time via their dashboard.

Business Directory Listing:

Our Business Directory is available to both members and non-members.
   •    Early Bird Member Rate: $49.99/year (auto-renews)
   •    Early Bird Non-Member Rate: $99/year
   •    Regular Member Rate: $59.99/year (auto-renews)
   •    Regular Non-Member Rate: $120/year

Directory Listings are valid for 12 months and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Non-member listings do not provide access to membership features. All listings are reviewed and subject to approval. Listings may be removed if they violate our standards. Directory Listing fees are non-refundable once published.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Members can cancel anytime through their dashboard or by emailing support@chrysalis.international. All plans auto-renew unless cancelled. No partial refunds are issued once payment is processed. No refunds will be provided if a member fails verification after payment.

Access & Usage:

Membership provides access to content, courses, webinars, AI mentorship, and the Business Directory (based on membership level). All content is for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

Suspension or Termination:

Chrysalis reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of community standards, misuse of content, or false information during verification.

Privacy & Data Protection:

Chrysalis International complies with all privacy laws, including GDPR and UK GDPR. Personal data is handled responsibly and used solely to enhance your membership experience.

This policy may change as Chrysalis International grows. Members will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard.
